ANS Maritime provides annual support and maintenance across the full SeaCrew software suite.

This includes support by e-mail, fax and telephone.

Customers are encouraged to take up our standard support package which provides specialist support plus additional features with annual system upgrades. We also have a support tool that allow us to view your screen so we can see what's happening with your system. You will require a username and password which will be supplied by us. Data downloads will be protected by an additional PIN number which must also be requested. If you already have a support contract, you may want to access ANS Maritime Support Centre, or maybe go straight to a list of Frequently Asked Questions about our products.
