Seacrew Crewing Software is a solution of Anker Crew Insurance. Since 1998 we develop and maintain Crewing, Planning and Payroll software for the international maritime industry.
Software support
We provide annual support and maintenance across the Seacrew Crew Management Software.
This includes support by e-mail and telephone.

Customers with a SLA become a hotline support number!
Customers are encouraged to take up our standard support package which provides specialist support plus additional features with annual system upgrades. We also have a support tool that allow us to view your screen so we can see what’s happening with your system. You will require a username and password which will be supplied by us. Data downloads will be protected by an additional PIN number which must also be requested.
